The following information was released by the Vancouver Police Department
Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing tourist.
Seventy-two-year-old Glenda Dolbear walked away from the hotel where she was staying near Davie and Denman just after 7:00 this morning. She has not returned, and the efforts of her husband and the police have failed to locate her.
Glenda is capable of walking long distances, but has some medical issues and problems communicating. It is doubtful she will ask for help if she is lost.
Glenda is white, approximately 5’7″, with a medium build. She has shoulder-length greyish-white hair, as shown in the photo, but she will not be wearing glasses. She is wearing a light blue t-shirt, long black “Nike” leggings, and green and pink running shoes.
If you see Glenda, please call 9-1-1 and stay with her until police arrive.
