Missing man: Richard NORMAN

The Oceanside RCMP would like the public’s assistance with locating a missing man from Errington B.C. 58 year old Richard Norman was last seen by family on the morning of February 6th, at his home near the Englishman River Provincial Park. NORMAN is described as follows:
-Caucasian male, 6 foot 3 tall, heavy build
-Very short buzz cut white hair, hazel eyes
-Severe scarring on the left side of his forehead
NORMAN is believed to be on foot and could be anywhere in the wilderness or park land. NORMAN suffers from a brain injury as a result of trauma from a past motor vehicle collision.

Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help to find a young man with autism.
Eighteen-year-old Marcus Dass lives in the area of E.49th Avenue and Tyne Street and was last seen when he left for high school on Monday morning, January 19th. He never arrived at school that day and has not been seen or heard from since.
Marcus is Fijian, 5’10” tall, 165 pounds with black, collar-length hair and brown eyes. He usually wears glasses and was last seen wearing a black hoody and green track pants.
Marcus may appear confused or disoriented. He is known to use transit and frequent quiet places such as libraries.
If anyone sees Marcus Dass, call 9-1-1 immediately and please stay with him or keep an eye on him until officers arrive.

Richmond,BC: Richmond RCMP is seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing 89 year old woman. Evelyn Logan suffers from a mild form of dementia and is known to drive long distances before seeking help for directions. Her family is concerned as she has been gone much longer than ususal, and is now overdue. She was last seen just before noon on Monday morning (2015-01-19) on her way to a nearby IGA store at Garden City and Blundell Roads, in Richmond.
Evelyn is driving a black 1992 Buick Riviera, with British Columbia Licence Plate 830 VAE. If you see Evelyn or the vehicle please contact Richmond RCMP (file #2015-2025) at 604-278-1212.

New Westminster – The New Westminster Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating, Marvin Schmidtke. Mr. Schmidtke is a Caucasian male, 84 years old, standing 5’10 inches tall with blue eyes and a slim build, weighing approximately 140 pounds. He suffers from both Alzheimer’s disease and diabetes and is hard of hearing in one ear. Mr. Schmidtke was last seen wearing a red and black mac jacket.
He was last seen at approximately 8:00 am today in the area of Glover Road and Colborne Street in New Westminster. He is known to frequent the Royal City Centre mall located at 6th Avenue and 6th Street.
It can be noted that Mr. Schmidtke wandered away just two days ago and was located, knocking on doors in the 900 block of Cumberland Street.
Members of the NWPD are actively searching for Mr. Schmidtke and ask if you see anyone matching the description to please call 911 immediately.

The following alert originated with the Vancouver Police Department.
Seventy-seven year-old Esther Kwan was last seen around 1 p.m. in the area of Sasamat Street and West 10th Avenue. Ms. Kwan was heading to Macdonald Street and West Broadway to do some grocery shopping.
Ms. Kwan is a Cantonese speaking Asian woman. She is five feet tall, weighs approximately 100 pounds, has black, shoulder-length hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a dark grey jacket, black pants and blue and white runners.
Anyone who sees Esther Kwan is asked to call 9-1-1 and stay with her until police arrive.

The Burnaby RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jeanne LEMIEUX, a missing elderly female with Alzheimer’s, last seen at Walmart in Lougheed Town Centre around 1:30 pm on, December 17, 2014. LEMIEUX may have wandered off and could possibly be confused to her surroundings.
LEMIEUX is described as Caucasian, 61 years old, blonde shoulder length hair, brown eyes, black coat, grey sweater, black pants and black shoes. LEMIEUX also walks with a slight limp and could walk long distances.
Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of LEMIEUX is asked to contact the Burnaby RCMP.

Vancouver Police are searching for a missing 77-year-old woman who suffers from dementia.
Doris Agnes Herman was last seen around 10:30 a.m. in the Tinseltown area.
Doris is Aboriginal, 5’7″ tall and has a medium build. She has wavy, salt-and-pepper hair and a noticeable dimple on her left cheek. She was wearing a purple ski jacket, grey sweat pants, brown shoes and she was carrying a black purse.
Anyone who sees Doris Herman is asked to call 9-1-1 and stay with her until police arrive.

The Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing 37-year-old Vancouver man.
Paul James Hoyer was last seen on November 13th in the area near Burrard and Davie Street. He was reported missing after he failed to show up at work.
Paul is white, 5’7″ tall, 150 lbs., with very short brown hair and brown eyes. He has a noticeable scar on the side of his head from a previous brain injury, and may appear disoriented or confused.
It is out of character for Mr. Hoyer not to be in regular contact with family or friends, and they are concerned for his safety.
If anyone sees or has information about Paul Hoyer, they are asked to call 9-1-1 immediately and ask for police and ambulance.

Vancouver police are asking for help to find an 88 year-old woman who suffers from Alzheimer’s. Sau Kam Lo was last seen near East 45th Avenue and Clarendon Street around 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Sergeant Randy Fincham said Lo is Asian, 5’5″ tall and weighs 100 pounds. She was wearing a white robe, a blue sweater, blue pants and white runners. She was carrying a black pouch and possibly a red umbrella. She only speaks Cantonese, and is not dressed for the cold weather.
Anyone who sees Lo is asked to call police and stay with her until police arrive.
